Fractional CO2 laser

The fractional CO2 laser is the gold standard for deep skin resurfacing. It delivers laser energy in thousands of microscopic columns, vaporising damaged tissue and heating the deeper dermis to trigger powerful collagen remodelling — while the untouched skin between the columns drives rapid healing. It is the treatment of choice for acne scars, deeper wrinkles, sun-damaged texture and certain pigment problems, and in gentler settings it refreshes overall skin quality. Expect a real recovery period: redness, swelling and sandpaper-like flaking for five to seven days, with makeup usually possible after a week. Results build for up to six months as new collagen matures. One to three sessions may be planned depending on depth. Strict sun protection before and after treatment is mandatory, and darker skin types receive a specifically adjusted protocol.
