Lip lift

A lip lift shortens the distance between the base of the nose and the upper lip (the philtrum), which naturally lengthens with age and can make the upper lip look thin and flat, hiding the teeth when you smile. Through a fine incision concealed in the shadow directly under the nose, a small strip of skin is removed and the lip edge is elevated — rolling the pink of the lip gently outward and upward. Unlike filler, a lip lift adds visible height and tooth show rather than volume, and the result is permanent. The procedure takes about an hour under local anaesthesia. Sutures are removed after five to seven days, and the fine scar fades into the nasal base over the following months.
