Chemical peeling
Medical-grade peels that renew skin tone, texture and clarity.
A chemical peel applies a carefully selected acid solution — such as glycolic, salicylic, lactic or TCA — to remove damaged surface layers of skin in a controlled way and stimulate fresh cell turnover beneath. Depending on the depth chosen at consultation, peels treat dullness, sun damage, pigmentation and melasma, acne and acne marks, and fine lines. Superficial peels need no real downtime beyond mild flaking; medium-depth peels involve several days of visible peeling as the new skin surfaces. Your skin type and tone are assessed first, which is particularly important for darker skin to avoid post-inflammatory pigmentation. A course of superficial peels or a single deeper peel may be recommended. Strict sun protection after treatment is essential and is part of the aftercare plan you receive.
